Pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), this page describes how the website is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who visit it and use the services offered.

1. Data Controller

  • Third-party data provided by the user: In the event of providing lists of names for the creation of customized materials (such as invitations, place cards, or seating charts), the user guarantees that they have the right to disclose them, relieving the Data Controller of any liability towards third parties.

  • Navigation and statistical data: IP addresses, domain names of the computers used by users, times of requests, and other parameters related to the user's operating system and IT environment, collected in anonymized form via Google Analytics.

3. Purpose of the Processing

The collected personal data are used for the following purposes:

  • A. Responding to contact requests and quotes: To provide information on wedding planning, event design services, and artisanal creations (e.g., packages such as the Suite Riflessi), and to organize site inspections or preparatory meetings.

  • B. Contractual execution and order management: To fulfill pre-contractual and contractual commitments, including the execution of design projects, the production of setups, and the management of related shipments.

  • C. Marketing and Newsletter: Subject to explicit consent, for sending promotional communications, updates on new services, design inspirations, or special discounts via email.

  • D. Statistical Analysis: To analyze website traffic and improve the user experience (via Google Analytics).

  • E. Legal obligations: To fulfill obligations established by law, regulations, community legislation, or an order from the Authority (e.g., tax and accounting obligations).

4. Legal Basis of the Processing

  • For purposes A and B, processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the user is a party or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the user's request.

  • For purpose C (Newsletter), processing is based on the user's explicit and optional consent.

  • For purpose D (Google Analytics), processing is based on the Data Controller's legitimate interest in optimizing their website.

  • For purpose E, processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject.

5. Data Sharing and Transfer

Data will not be disseminated publicly but may be communicated to external parties collaborating with the Data Controller to provide services, appointed as Data Processors if necessary. These include:

  • Web hosting and cloud service providers.

  • Platforms for sending newsletters (e.g., Mailchimp, MailerLite, etc.).

  • Express couriers for the delivery of artisanal materials.

  • Professionals and consultants (e.g., accountants for invoicing).

6. Data Retention Periods

Personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected:

  • Data related to contact requests will be kept for the time necessary to process the request and, in the event of a professional collaboration, for the entire duration of the contract.

  • Billing data will be kept for 10 years, as established by Italian law.

  • Data collected for the newsletter will be kept until the user revokes their consent.

7. User Rights

Under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, the user has the right, at any time, to:

  • Request access to their personal data.

  • Request its rectification or erasure ("right to be forgotten").

  • Request the restriction of processing.

  • Object to its processing.

  • Request data portability.

  • Revoke previously granted consent (for example, by unsubscribing from the newsletter at any time via the appropriate link at the bottom of the emails).
